About Steve Minnich
I have practiced law in North Carolina since 1996, handling business sale and purchase transactions for about 25 years. In addition to practicing law, I manage an independent business M&A advisory firm and maintain memberships in the International Business Brokers Association and the Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association, having served as past President and Board Member.
In 2019 I completed a program to become certified as a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional by the Coles of College of Business M&A Program at Kennesaw State University. Keeping up with the M&A market and education infuses practical experience and perspective to my law practice, supplementing the learning of many hundreds of business sale and purchase transactions and closings.
